Whether you have more than one problem you'd like to address, ongoing symptoms that need a closer look, or simply feel you'd benefit from a longer appointment, this consultation allows us to take a more thorough approach.
Your GP will take the time to review your medical history, explore your concerns and work with you to agree on an appropriate plan, including any treatment, investigations or referrals that may be needed.
Our aim is to give you enough time to discuss what's important to you and, wherever possible, address your concerns in a single appointment.

Menopause Consultation - £325
45 min
Menopause Consultation with Dr Vera Martins – 45 minutes | £325
Perimenopause and menopause can affect women in many different ways. Changes to your periods, sleep, mood and energy levels are common, alongside symptoms such as hot flushes, brain fog and fatigue. Sometimes the changes are more subtle, and it isn't always easy to know whether hormones are playing a part.
Dr Vera Martins has a particular interest in women's health and menopause care. She takes a personalised approach, looking at your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and overall wellbeing to help you understand what's happening and what may help.
What to expect from your consultation
Before your appointment: You'll receive a detailed questionnaire to complete ahead of your visit. This helps Dr Martins understand your symptoms, medical background and any particular concerns you'd like to discuss.
Your 45-minute consultation: You'll have time to talk through your symptoms, how they're affecting your daily life and what you'd like to achieve from treatment. Dr Martins will review your medical history and consider your health more broadly, rather than focusing on individual symptoms alone.
Exploring your options: Together, you'll discuss the approaches that may be suitable for you, including lifestyle and nutritional advice, non-hormonal treatments and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), where appropriate.
A plan that works for you: You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your options and a personalised plan, including any further investigations or follow-up care that may be helpful.
Whether you're noticing the first signs of perimenopause, considering HRT or looking for help with ongoing symptoms, the aim is to give you the time, information and medical advice you need to make informed decisions about your health.
Extended Integrative Consultation - £275
90 min
A more detailed look at your health, with time to understand the bigger picture.
Sometimes a standard GP appointment isn't enough to explore everything that may be contributing to how you feel. Our extended integrative medicine consultation is designed for patients who want a more thorough understanding of their health, particularly when symptoms are ongoing, complex or difficult to explain.
Rather than focusing on individual symptoms alone, we take a broader approach, considering your medical history, lifestyle, physical health and emotional wellbeing, and how these may be connected.
What to expect from your consultation
During your 90-minute appointment, your GP will take the time to explore:
Your medical history: A detailed review of your past and current health concerns, previous investigations, diagnoses, treatments and medications.
Your health timeline: We'll look at when your symptoms began, how they've changed over time and whether any significant life events, illnesses or other factors may have played a part.
Your lifestyle and wellbeing: A closer look at your nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress, work, relationships and other aspects of daily life that may influence your health.
Possible underlying causes: We'll explore the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, rather than simply addressing each concern in isolation.
Your personal health goals: We'll discuss what matters most to you, what you'd like to improve and what feels realistic within your everyday life.
Towards the end of your consultation, we'll bring everything together and agree on a plan tailored to your needs.
This may include lifestyle and nutritional recommendations, medical treatment, further investigations or referrals where appropriate. We'll explain the reasoning behind our recommendations so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Our approach combines conventional, evidence-based medicine with a wider consideration of the factors that influence long-term health.
This appointment may be particularly helpful if you're experiencing persistent fatigue, ongoing or unexplained symptoms, several overlapping health concerns, or simply feel that you haven't had enough time to explore your health in detail.
It's also suitable if you're generally well but would like to take a more proactive approach to your long-term health and wellbeing.
The aim is to understand your health as a whole, identify where changes may help and develop a practical plan that works for you.
Follow-up £80
20 min
A follow-up appointment gives us time to check how you're getting on, discuss any ongoing concerns and make changes to your previous treatment plan if needed.
These appointments are available to our patients and can be arraanged upto 3 months after your initial consultation, depending on your needs.
Telephone Consultation - £60
15 min
Not every health concern needs a face-to-face appointment. Our telephone consultations offer a straightforward, convenient way to speak with one of our GPs from wherever you are.
These 15-minute appointments are ideal for discussing new or ongoing health concerns, reviewing symptoms, getting advice about medication or following up on previous treatment.
We'll take the time to listen, answer your questions and agree on the next steps. Where appropriate, we can also arrange prescriptions, referrals or further investigations.
Home visit - from £200
Sometimes it's easier to have the doctor come to you.
At The Wellness GP, we offer home visits for patients who are unable to attend the clinic or would simply prefer to be seen in the comfort of their own home.
Whether you're feeling too unwell to travel, have mobility difficulties or need an appointment for an elderly family member, our home visiting service allows you to receive the same personal, professional GP care without leaving home.
What to expect from your home visit
One of our experienced GPs will visit you at home, taking the time to listen to your concerns, review your symptoms and carry out an appropriate medical examination.
Where needed, we can discuss treatment options, arrange prescriptions, recommend further investigations or make referrals for specialist care.
Home visits cost £200 for addresses within approximately 15 minutes' travel of either of our clinic locations:
• Sevenoaks: St Botolph's House
• Tunbridge Wells: Nuffield Health Hospital
If you live further away, please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
ECG - £100
20 min
A resting electrocardiogram (ECG) is a simple, painless test that records the electrical activity of your heart. It can help identify changes in your heart rhythm and provide useful information about your heart health.
At The Wellness GP, we offer 20-minute ECG appointments for patients who have been advised to have a heart tracing, are experiencing symptoms such as palpitations, or require an ECG as part of a routine medical assessment.
What to expect from your appointment
During your appointment, small adhesive sensors will be placed on your chest, arms and legs while you lie comfortably on an examination couch. The test itself takes just a few minutes and involves no needles or injections.
Your ECG will be reviewed by one of our GPs, who will explain the findings and discuss whether any further assessment is needed.
What happens if your ECG is abnormal?
If your ECG shows any changes or abnormalities that require further interpretation, we can arrange for it to be reviewed and formally reported by a cardiologist for an additional fee of £45.
Your GP will explain the findings and advise on any appropriate next steps, including further investigations or a cardiology referral if needed.
24h-ambulatory BP - £175
2 appointments, 30 min total
Blood pressure can vary throughout the day, and a single reading in the clinic doesn't always give us the full picture.
A 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor (ABPM) measures your blood pressure at regular intervals throughout the day and night, giving us a more accurate understanding of how it changes during your usual daily activities and while you sleep.
This can be particularly helpful if you've had high or borderline blood pressure readings, if your readings vary, or if we need to assess how well your current blood pressure medication is working.
What does the assessment involve?
Your first appointment – Monitor fitting: You'll attend the clinic to have a small, portable blood pressure monitor fitted. We'll explain how it works and what to expect over the next 24 hours. You'll then go about your usual daily activities while the monitor automatically records your blood pressure.
Your second appointment – Monitor removal: You'll return to the clinic approximately 24 hours later so we can remove the monitor and download your readings.
Your blood pressure report: We'll provide a report showing your blood pressure readings over the 24-hour period, including your average daytime and night-time measurements.
What happens after the test?
Your results can help identify high blood pressure, assess variations in your readings and guide decisions about whether any further assessment or treatment may be needed.
If your results require further discussion or changes to your medication, we can arrange a GP consultation to talk through the next steps.
What's included in the price?
The £175 fee includes both appointments, use of the 24-hour monitor and your blood pressure report.
Joint Injection - £150
30 minutes
Joint pain can make everyday activities uncomfortable and affect your ability to stay active. For certain conditions, a joint injection may help relieve pain and improve movement.
Dr Hasan Khan has a particular interest in sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions, with experience in performing selected joint injections.
Before proceeding, Dr Khan will review your symptoms and medical history, discuss whether an injection is appropriate for you and explain the potential benefits, risks and alternative treatment options.
Joint injections are offered where clinically appropriate, following a discussion with Dr Khan and completion of the relevant consent forms.
If you're unsure whether a joint injection might be suitable for you, please contact our team and we'll be happy to advise on the next steps.
Health Screen - £600
75 min
Take a closer look at your health, with the time and attention it deserves.
You don't need to be unwell to benefit from a thorough health check. Our personalised health screening is designed to give you a better understanding of your current health, identify potential concerns early and help you make informed decisions about your long-term wellbeing.
We take a personal approach, looking beyond individual test results to understand your medical history, lifestyle, family history and overall health.
What does your health screening include?
Before your appointment: You'll complete a detailed health questionnaire covering your medical history, lifestyle, family history and any concerns you'd like to discuss.
Your 75-minute GP consultation: You'll meet face-to-face with one of our experienced GPs, who will review your questionnaire with you and take time to explore your health and wellbeing in detail. This includes discussing your medical history, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, stress and any symptoms or concerns you may have.
A comprehensive physical examination: Your GP will carry out a thorough examination, including an ECG (heart tracing) and urinalysis (urine test), alongside other relevant clinical assessments.
Comprehensive blood testing: We'll arrange a detailed set of blood tests to assess important aspects of your health and help identify any areas that may need attention.
Your personalised health report: Once all your results are available, your GP will review the findings and prepare a clear, detailed report explaining your results, any areas of concern and recommendations tailored to you.
A follow-up discussion: We'll arrange time to talk through your results, answer your questions and agree on any next steps, so you leave with a clear understanding of your health and how best to look after it.
Whether you're feeling well and want to stay that way, have a family history of certain conditions, or would simply like a more thorough review of your health, this assessment gives us the time to look at the bigger picture.
It's not just about checking for problems. It's about understanding your health today and helping you make the right decisions for the future.
Health screening starts from £600. The final cost depends on the blood tests and any additional investigations included in your assessment
Extended Integrative Consultation - £150
45 min
Building on your progress, with ongoing support for your long-term health.
Your health is rarely something that can be addressed in a single appointment. Our follow-up integrative medicine consultations give us time to review how you've been getting on, understand what's working and make any adjustments to your personalised care plan.
Usually arranged 2–3 months after your initial integrative consultation, these appointments help you build on the work we've started together, while allowing your treatment and lifestyle recommendations to evolve as your needs change.
What to expect from your consultation
During your 45-minute appointment, we'll:
Review your progress: Discuss changes in your symptoms, energy, sleep, wellbeing and overall health since your previous appointment.
Assess your treatment plan: Explore what's been helpful, what hasn't worked as expected and whether any adjustments are needed.
Review investigations: Discuss any blood test results or other findings, where relevant, and what they mean for your ongoing care.
Revisit lifestyle recommendations: Look at how you're managing changes to nutrition, physical activity, stress and sleep, and identify any practical barriers.
Plan your next steps: Agree on realistic priorities and any further treatment, investigations or follow-up that may be appropriate.
A personalised, ongoing approach
Integrative medicine is about understanding the wider factors influencing your health and making meaningful, sustainable changes over time.
These follow-up appointments provide an opportunity to ask questions, address new concerns and refine your plan as we learn more about how your body responds.
Our aim is to help you feel informed, supported and confident in managing your health, without overwhelming you with changes that are difficult to maintain.
